Alice F. Fitch

Alice F. Fitch, 84, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Fostoria.

Alice was born on April 26, 1936, in Tiffin, to the late Carl and Viola (Taylor) Runion. She married Cecil Elmer Fitch in Tiffin on February 13, 1954 and he preceded her in death on October 6, 2001.

Survivors include her children, Robbin (Mario) Leonard of Bellevue, Karen (Richard) Opp of Tiffin, Betty (James) Montz of Tiffin, Gloria (Robert) Adams of Tiffin, Cecil (Lindy) Fitch of Cape Coral, FL, eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, two sisters, Rita Fitch of Tiffin and Ida Bell of Tiffin.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a granddaughter, seven brothers and two sisters.

Alice was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo and bowling and most of all attending her grandchildren's sporting events. She was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Funeral services for Alice will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin with Pastor Ava Nye officiating. Visitation for family and friends will also be on Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow the services at Fairmont cemetery.
