Beverly A. Steyer

Beverly A. Steyer, 73, of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the Elmwood at the Shawhan.

Beverly was born on December 4, 1946, to the late Ward E. and Bertha (Trudel) Stull. She married Robert J. Steyer at the St. Joseph Catholic Church on July 12, 1969 and he survives in Tiffin.

Beverly is survived by her children, Janelle Steyer, Kevin Steyer, David Steyer all of Tiffin, three grandchildren, Brayden, Zachary and Kailyn, a brother, Jack Stull of Arizona and a sister, Jackie Hurst of Fremont.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents.

Beverly worked as a Beautician in Seneca County for many years. She also worked at the School of Opportunity, many local group homes in the area and also worked many years babysitting children. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church and a 1964 graduate of Bettsville High School.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tiffin with the Rev. Matthew Rader officiating. A Rosary will be recited 30 minutes prior to the mass. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday from 4-7 p.m., at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Burial will follow the services on Tuesday, at St. Joseph Catholic cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or to the American Diabetes Foundation.
