Billie L. Johnson

Billie L. Johnson, 56, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

Billie was born December 19, 1967, in Tiffin, to Billie Tracy and Nina (Carter) Johnson. He married Kelly (Fritz) in Tiffin on July 31, 1992 and she survives in Tiffin.

Other survivors include his father, Billie Tracy of Tiffin, children, Brandy M. Johnson of Tiffin, Justin L. Johnson of Sandusky, Cody A. Johnson of Tiffin, Latahya Fritz of Mount Pelier, thirteen grandchildren, three cousins, Todd, Tony and Fred Carter all of Tiffin.

Billie worked at M.J. Brown Roofing Company and worked as a self employed contractor. Billie was a 1986 graduate of Seneca East High School.

Billie was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Glen E. “Clem” Johnson.

There will be a memorial service held for Billie at 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Wednesday, from 2-3:00 p.m., at the funeral home. There will be no burial held at this time.
