Colleen M. Hiser

Colleen M. Hiser, 91, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at The Courtyard in Tiffin.

Colleen was born January 25, 1933, in Midland, MI, to the late George and Mary B. (Stark) Heirholzer. She married William A. Hiser on May 9, 1953, in Midland, MI and he preceded her in death on April 27, 2003.

Survivors include her children, Laural (Read) Shepherd of Safety Harbor, FL, Jeffrey (Vicki) Hiser and Jerry (Vicki) Hiser of Bellevue, seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Colleen worked at Tiffin Bake Shop and Mercy Hospital in the Dietary Department. She was a member of First Christian Church and a Midland, MI High School graduate.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a brother, Duane Heirholzer.

Funeral services for Colleen will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at First Christian Church with Rev. Doug DeVos officiating. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Wednesday, from10:00 a.m., until the time of the service at the church. Burial will follow the services on Wednesday, at Seneca Memory Gardens. Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
