Connie I. Bird

Connie I. Bird, 74, of Tiffin, passed away at 7:24 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at her residence.

Connie was born on March 16, 1947 in Vanlue, to the late Claude A. and Lea Jean (Ayers) Beck. She married Donald Bird in Tiffin, on July 30, 1966 and he preceded her in death on November 20, 2018.

Survivors include her two daughters, Deborah Haller of Knoxville, TN, Brandy Smith of Tiffin, two grandchildren, a brother, Max Beck of TX and a sister, Natalie Reinhart of Fostoria.

Connie retired from the Budd Company in Carey. She was a member of the New Beginnings Assembly of God church and the Tiffin Moose Lodge. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching TV and was a graduate of Vanlue High School.

Funeral services for Connie will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 7, 2022 at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin with Rev. Rex King officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, from 4-7 p.m., funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Friday, at Fairmont cemetery.
