Diane M. Rex

Diane M. Rex, 72, of Tiffin, passed away at 1:30 a.m., Friday, December 31, 2021 at her residence.

Diane was born November 14, 1949, in Tiffin, to the late Albert Rex Jr. and Juanita (Murray) Rex.

Survivors include her daughter, Dawn (Chris) Rhodes of Tiffin, three grandchildren, Christopher, Brandon and Erika Rhodes, a brother, Wayne Rex of Bradenton, FL, a sister, Mary Grieselding of Laurinburg, NC and her special cat, Fluffy.

Diane worked as a nurses aide and later was a bartender at VFW in Tiffin. She enjoyed her pets, going on vacations, the Amish country, going to her grandchildren's sporting events and just spending time with her family and grandchildren. Diane was a 1968 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Funeral services for Diane will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 3, 2022 at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Monday, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Monday, at Seneca Memory Gardens.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Humane Society or to the Leukemia Society of America.
