Estel Ralph Bryant, 80, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at his home.
Ralph was born January 23, 1943, in Whitley City, KY, to the late Bill Edward and Grace (Strunk) Bryant. He married Mary Carol (Myers) in Tiffin on May 29, 1965 and she preceded him in death on January 19, 2021.
Survivors include his, children, Bryan (Elke) Bryant of Tiffin, William (Kristina) Bryant of Defiance, step-children, Dale Drunkenmiller of Marion, David Drunkenmiller of Tiffin, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, a brother, Milford Bryant of Tiffin and a sister, Lois Snook of Willard.
Ralph retied from John’s Manville and Basic Refractories. He was a member of the Carey Masonic Lodge, Tiffin Eagles, VFW, Moose and American Legion. Ralph was a United States Army Veteran.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two step-daughters, Donna Hackworth and Shelby Okoiye, two brothers, Johnny Bryant and Mitchell Bryant, and two sisters, Mary Magdeline Bryant and Wilma Hart.
Funeral services for Ralph will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2024 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, from 4-6 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Friday, at Fairmont cemetery with military rites being rendered by the United Veterans Council.
