Ethel C. Jordan

Ethel Catherine Jordan, 86, of Tiffin, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at her home.

Ethel was born on February 3, 1938 in Tiffin, to the late George William and Ethel B. (Masloe) Lee. She married William C. Jordan in Tiffin, on July 29, 1961 and he preceded her in death on November 19, 1990.

Survivors include her children, William Jordan of Tiffin, James Jordan of Tiffin, Melody (Charles) Maurer of Findlay and Julia Jordan of Tiffin, ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a brother, Thomas Lee of Tiffin, four sisters, Patricia Gentry of FL, Linda Digby of Findlay, Paula Daughenbaugh of Tiffin and Sidonia McKee of Findlay.

Ethel worked at Ameriwood and General Electric and was a member of New Beginnings Assembly of God. She was a 1957 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Donald and William Lee and three sisters, Georgia Mata, Deana Bly and Martha Lee.

Funeral services for Ethel will be held 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin with Pastor Rex King officiating. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Thursday, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Thursday, at Seneca Memory Gardens.
