Franklin D. Pennington

Franklin D. Pennington, 79, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

Frank was born on August 31, 1944 in Elliottville, KY, to the late Talmadge and Maudie (Kegley) Pennington.

Survivors include his three sisters, Mary Mahon of KY, Kathrynne Martin of West Jefferson, OH and his twin sister, Frances Gregory.

Frank worked for JcPenny’s in Fremont and Tiffin.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ezra and Willie Pennington, four sisters, May Dillon, Marie Lewis and Jean Piekarzyk, and Sandra Decrescenzo.

There will be no services held for Frank at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
