Gary V. Schwab

Gary V. Schwab, 69, of Attica, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at his residence.

Gary was born on December 15, 1954 in Bucyrus to the late Gordon Sr. and Margaret (Frankenfield) Schwab.

Survivors include his daughters, Kristina (Larry) Walker of North Pole, Alaska, Amanda (Steve) Nelson of Oswego, Illinois, Jaclyn (Sam) Bajrami of Kincaid, Illinois, four grandchildren, Dillan (Tina) Walker, Kyle Walker, Alivia Nelson and Max Bajrami, two brothers, Gerald Schwab Sr. of Merritt Island and Gordon Schwab Jr. of Willard, four nephews, Matthew Schwab, Greg Schwab, Cory Schwab and Gerald Schwab Jr.

Gary worked as a painter and was a United States Navy Veteran serving during Vietnam on the U.S.S. Oklahoma City Battleship. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Graveside services for Gary will be held at 12:30 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2024 at Attica Venice cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Monday, from 11:00 a.m., until 12:00 p.m., at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the United Veterans Council of Seneca County.
