Gilbert F. Stockmaster, 70, of Willard, passed away Friday, January 19, 2024, at The Willows at Willard.
Gilbert was born in Tiffin, on July 28, 1953, to the late George F. and Ethel M. (Featheringill) Stockmaster.
Survivors include his nieces, Rachel and Becky Reinhart both of Willard, two nephews, Dan (Candy) Reinhart of Bloomville, Craig (Tammie) Reinhart of Bloomville, twelve great-nieces and nephews and twenty-two great-great-nieces and nephews.
Gilbert worked at Gene’s Recycling in Attica for nineteen years and also worked as a hobby farmer. He was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Attica and a member of the Farm Bureau. Gilbert was s a 1971 graduate of Seneca East High School.
Gilbert was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Carolyn Reinhart, brother-in-law, Eugene Reinhart and a nephew, Lee Reinhart.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Attica with Rev. Joseph P. Joseph officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 30 minutes prior to the Mass at church. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, at Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home in Bloomville. Burial will follow the services on Tuesday, at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery in Attica.
