Gladys Mae Bollinger

Gladys Mae Bollinger, 83, of Bloomville, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Bellevue Care Center.

Gladys was born on March 2, 1942 in Gibsonburg, to the late Fermon and Minnie (Baker) Rogers. She married Bruce Bollinger in Gibsonburg on January 27, 1962 and he preceded her in death on December 11, 2011.

Survivors include her children, Doug Bollinger of Findlay and Darin (Lori) Bollinger of Bloomville, six grandchildren, Zachariah (Jenni) Bollinger, Kaila, Katlyn, Hunter, Emily and Robbie Bollinger, three great-grandchildren, a brother, Jim (Sharon) Rogers of Genoa, and a sister, Pat Roser of Maumee.

Gladys was a homemaker and a member of Worship Alive Church in Bellevue. She was a 1960 graduate of Gibsonburg High School. Gladys enjoyed her church life and attending services and also past trips out West for Mission trips.

Gladys was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two children, Becky Lynn Bollinger, Brett Bollinger, two grandchildren, Phillip and Dillon Bollinger, two brothers, Kenny Rogers, Charles Rogers, two sisters, LaDonna Bartlett and Nancy Rogers.

Funeral services for Gladys will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home in Bloomville with Pastor Ron Smith officiating. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Thursday, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Attica Venice cemetery at a later date. The family requests anyone coming to the services to please wear your red clothing to honor Gladys and her favorite color.
