Harold L. Smith, 86, of Tiffin, passed away at 12:20 p.m., Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his residence.

Harold was born on October 8, 1934 in Tiffin, to the late Simeon C. and Sarah (Hites) Smith. He married Grace L. (Sager) at the Nazarene Church on November 16, 1953.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Grace Smith of Tiffin, children, Debra Van Fleet of Orange City, FL, Christina Reichard of St. Cloud, FL, Harolyn Glick of Tiffin, Douglas Smith of St. Cloud, FL, Annette Oddo of Fremont, twelve grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and a sister, Ruby PelFree of Indiana.

Harold retired from General Electric and later graduated from Terra Technical College. Harold was a United States Army Veteran serving during Korea.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Albert, Charles, Jason, Allen and Richard Smith, two sisters, Nancy Adams and Betty Gill.

There will be private family graveside services held at Seneca Memory Gardens. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Dear Gracie and Family
I am so very sorry over the loss of Harold. I will forever remember our fun times at GE and our days of seeing each other at the LK hangout. My deepest sympathy to you and all your family. I will be remembering you all in prayer.
