Jacob R. Maxhimer

Jacob R. Maxhimer, 22, of Bloomville, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Jacob was born April 24, 2002, in Tiffin, to John and Theresa (Gutkowski) Maxhimer who survive in Bloomville.

Other survivors include his brother, Luke Maxhimer of Norwalk.

Jacob worked as a diesel mechanic and as a concrete laborer. He was a 2020 graduate of Buckeye Central High School and a member of the Bloomville American Legion. Jacob was a United States Army Veteran.

There will be a Celebration of Jacob’s life held at a later date. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home in Bloomville is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the United Veterans Council of Seneca County.
