James Melvin Creeger, 74, of Findlay, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025 at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay.
James was born October 31, 1950, in Tiffin, to the late Alton A. and Edna (Cook) Creeger.
Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie (Daniel) Lowery, a son, Michael James Dean Creeger both of Findlay, a sister, Judy Melroy of Toledo, two brothers, John Creeger of Columbus and Vernon “Chip” (Becky) Creeger of Tiffin.
James attended Tiffin Columbian High School, was a retired truck driver and a United States Army Veteran serving during Vietnam. James passion was spending time with his family and had a love for classic cars. James has moved to heaven to lineup at the staging tree to race with his nephew, Todd R. Melroy.
There will be a memorial service held for James at noon, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin with military rites being rendered by the United Veterans Council. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Wednesday, from 11:00 a.m., until the time the service at the funeral home. There will be no burial held at this time.
