Jeffery L. King Sr.

Jeffery L. King Sr., 64, of Tiffin, passed away at 7:04 p.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

Jeffery was born on November 20, 1956 in Tiffin to the late George H. Sr. and Yvonne (Murray) King. He married Rebecca (Cole) in Tiffin on November 23, 1974.

Jeffery is survived by his wife of 46 years, Rebecca of Tiffin, his daughter, Tonya (Rodney) Vance of Tiffin, a son, Jeffery Jr. (Jessica) King of Fostoria, six grandchildren, two brothers, George Jr. and Michael King both of Florida, two sisters, Deborah Rose of Tiffin and Kathy Cole of Carson City Nevada.

Jeffery worked as an over the road Truck Driver. He was a member of New Life Family Worship Church in Fostoria. Jeffery enjoyed riding motorcycles and swimming. He was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Jeffery was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Tyler Vance and a brother, Larry King.

There will be a memorial service held for Jeffery at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home. There will be no burial held at this time.
