Joseph Hummel

Joseph W. Hummel, 70, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at Mercy Health — Tiffin Hospital.

Joseph was born December 27, 1955, in Sandusky, to the late Robert and Florence (Moross) Hummel.

Survivors include his brother, Ron Hummel of Wayne, Ohio, sister, Pamela Hummel of Norwalk, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.

Joseph was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. He was an Elvis Presley fan and enjoyed a good movie. Joseph also loved to spend time with family.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Florence, brothers, Dave Hummel, James Hummel, John Hummel, Gary Hummel Sr., and sister, Judy Hummel.

There will be no funeral services held for Joseph at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
