Kathy A. Hough

Kathy A. Hough, 73, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024 at her home.

Kathy was born on January 27, 1951 in Rock Hill, SC, to Oscar and Jonnie (Carter) Connell.

Survivors include her mother, Jonnie Connell of Lafayette, IN, two daughters, Sarah (Stephen) Sheridan and Amanda (Tony) Smith both of Tiffin, five grandchildren, two brothers, Jimmie Connell of Lafayette, IN, and David Connell of New Tazewell, TN, two sisters, Sue Hinman of Monon, IN and Diane Thompson of Lafayette, IN.

Kathy worked as a caregiver at the Woodlands at Sunset Senior Living in Ottawa Hills. When she wasn’t working she was raising her children and grandchildren. Kathy was a 1969 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Connell.

There will be no services held at this time for Kathy. There will be a Celebration of Kathy’s Life held at a later date in Indiana. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
