Leonard G. Simmons Jr.

Leonard G. Simmons Jr., 73, of Tiffin, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital in Oregon, OH.

Leonard was born March 20, 1952, in Tiffin to the late Leonard G. and Martha (McDaniel) Simmons.

Leonard is survived by the love of his life, wife, and best friend, Lisa Jordan.

He is also survived by his sons; Leonard Simmons III, and Jason (Erin) Simmons, daughter; Michelle (Robert) Holland, 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sister; Lena Goldenetz of Fremont, brothers; Myron (Kathy) Jacobs of Fremont, and Ralph (Suzie) Chapman of Castroville, TX.

Leonard worked at American Standard in Tiffin for 33 years. He was a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Indians and Ohio State Buckeyes. He also enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandkids.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, son, David, two brothers; Joseph Simmons and Richard Chapman, and sister, Myra Baker.

There will be no funeral services held at this time.
