Linda D. Hudson

Linda D. Hudson, 69, of Upper Sandusky, passed  away Monday morning July 13, 2020, at her home in Upper Sandusky.

Linda was born July 12, 1951, in Portsmouth, Virginia, to Hazell and Janice (Odell) Benedict. She married Benjamin T. Hudson on June 6, 1988 in Hampton, Virginia, and resides in Upper Sandusky.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Gernert of Upper Sandusky, three grandchildren, Aaron and Brandon Gernert of Tiffin, and Taylor Rathburn of Van Lue, three great-grandchildren  two brothers, Dennis and Kevin Benedict of Lexington, Virginia, three sisters Penny (Mike) Behm of Seattle, Washington, Cindy (Carl) Cole of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Cathy Rossi of Hayfork, California. Linda was preceded in death by her parents.

Linda was a housewife, and she loved camping, being outdoors, doing puzzles, crafts, crabbing in Virginia.  Her biggest love was her family and all animals.

It was Linda’s request that there would be no visitation or services at this time and there will be a private family service at a later date. The Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home, 3085 S. SR. 19 Bloomville is assisting the family with the arrangements.
