Lorretta M. Looman

Lorretta Looman (Hoschar), 35, of Bascom, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 14, 2023 surrounded by family and loved ones. We have honored her wish to be an organ donor. Lorretta’s final act of kindness was to give the gift of life through organ donation.

Lorretta grew up in Bascom, a town she loved and always returned to. She had different occupations throughout her adult years and enjoyed the time with her children and animals. Lorretta will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Lorretta is survived by her two children, Jackson and Ali, husband, Mike Looman, mother, Teresa Hoschar and siblings, Taylor and Ben.

Lorretta was predeceased by her father, Steve.

We request all of Lorretta’s loved ones join us at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., for visitation followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. There will be no burial held at this time.
