Marilyn J. Baldosser

Marilyn J. Baldosser, 76, of Republic, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024 at her home in Republic.

Marilyn was born June 13, 1947 in Tiffin, to Richard P. and Mary Ellen (Groman) Weiker. She married Daryl G. Baldosser Sr. on October 20, 1968 at the St. Jacobs United Church of Christ in Republic, and he preceded her in death on October 27, 2017.

Survivors include a son, Daryl (Trisha) Baldosser Jr. of Beavercreek, Ohio, and three daughters, Melody (Joel) Margraf of Republic, Ruth (David) Herner of Monroeville, and Mary (Rob)Chappell of Republic, six grandchildren, three brothers, Richard (Sandy) Weiker of Clyde, John (MaryLou) Weiker of Green Springs, and Mark Robert Weiker of Green Springs.

Marilyn was a senior branch administrator for Edward Jones in Clyde, until her retirement in 2015. She was a member of the St. Jacobs United Church of Christ in Republic, and the Wade Benfer American Legion Post #404 Ladies Auxiliary in Republic, and a 1965 graduate of Green Springs High School. She also enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, watching the Hallmark Channel, and gatherings with family and friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday May 21, 2024, from 4-7p.m. at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home in Bloomville.

Funeral services for Marilyn will be Monday June 3, 2024, at 10:00a.m., at the St. Jacobs United Church of Christ, on CR. #38 Republic with Rev. Darla Metz officiating. Burial follow in St. Jacobs Cemetery Republic.

Memorial contribution may be made to the Church, the Humane Society of Seneca County, or to the Wade Benfer American Legion Post #404 Ladies Auxiliary.
