Marilyn May Lucas

Marilyn May (Dunn) Lucas, 80, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025 at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

Marilyn was born April 27, 1945, in Tiffin, to the late Norman and Evelyn (Jumper) Dunn.

Survivors include her children, Gina (Tom) Peacock of Tiffin, Darin (Susanne) Scott of Tiffin, Julie Scott of Vickery, thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and a sister, Margaret (Dick) Risley of Sycamore.

Marilyn retired from Wal-Mart and was a 1963 graduate of Bloomville High School. She was a member of Tiffin Eagles 402 and enjoyed thrifting at Goodwill, dancing and day trips to the Amish country with family.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, a great-granddaughter, Ophelia, two brothers, Larry Dunn and Norman Dunn Jr. and a twin sister, Carolyn Groves.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4-6 p.m., Friday, May 9, 2025 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. There will be no funeral service or burial held at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to Seneca County Humane Society or to American Parkinson’s Association.
