Michael Joseph Marks, 78, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, May 22, 2026 at his residence.
Michael was born in Tiffin, on May 31, 1947, to the late Thomas and Thelma Marie (Huth) Marks. He married Linda Sue (Hepp) in Tiffin on January 28, 1966, and she survives in Tiffin.
Survivors include his children, Terri L. Marks of Tiffin, Kimberly S. McClanahan and Nicole A. Andrews both of Bascom, six grandchildren, Eric McClanahan of Fostoria, Bradley Marks of Tennessee, Colin Andrews of Columbus, James Wright of New York, Allison Andrews of Bascom, McKayla McClanahan of Bascom, three great-grandchildren, Olivia Marks of Bettsville, Addison Switzer of Fostoria, and Zoey McClanahan of Lima, a brother, Thomas Marks, and two sisters, Carol Frederick, Linda Debolt and Sandy Hodges.
Michael worked as a truck driver for thirty years, with the Teamsters Union and later retired from Roadway Express in Findlay. He enjoyed gambling, traveling and family. Most of all, he loved being outdoors always working, taking great pride in his lawn. Michael was a 1965 graduate of New Riegel High School.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, a great-grandson, Bentley Marks, a brother, James Hamilton, and a sister, Patricia Hamilton.
There will be no funeral services held at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
