Nancy L. Pierce

Nancy L. Pierce, 79, of Tiffin, passed away at 2:30 p.m., Monday, April 26, 2021 at the St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

Nancy was born on July 21, 1941, in Fremont, to the late Leroy and Anna (Carley) Binkley. She married Roy Howard Pierce Jr., at Grace Lutheran Church in Fremont on July 18, 1964 and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2006.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly (Mike) Nye of Tiffin, daughter-in-law, Sandy Pierce of Tiffin, six grandchildren, Megan (Dugan) Auble, Cole Pierce, Carson Pierce, Christian Nye, Erika Nye and Kenzie Nye, three great-grandchildren and her beloved dog, "Rusty".

Nancy was the owner/operator of Magers Lumber Company with her husband, Roy for many years. She enjoyed taking trips with her friends, coloring, puzzles and most of all spending time with her grandchildren and taking trips with her children to the Smoky Mountains. Nancy was a 1959 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, Keith Pierce and an infant son.

Funeral services for Nancy will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 1, 2021, at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin, with Pastor Darla Metz officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, from 4-6 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be follow the services on Saturday, at Greenlawn cemetery.
