Richard Richey Obituary

Richard E. Richey, 78, of Tiffin, passed away at 2:29 p.m., on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the Tiffin Mercy Hospital.

Richard was born in Bellevue, on July 22, 1942, to the late Richard Theodore and Mary (Olvey) Richey. He married Vicki (Altman) in Denver, CO on March 23, 1972 and she survives in Tiffin.

Richard is also survived by his daughter, Shonna (Joe) Terrill, a granddaughter, Kayla Terrill Gertrude both of Colorado, a brother, John Richey of Colorado, two sisters, Delores Sanderson and Barbara Yentzer both of Tiffin.

Richard retired as a sheet metal worker and was a United States Navy Veteran who served from 1959 until 1965.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ralph and Ronald Richey, three sisters, Ida Dunn, Mary Maxine Mizen and Lucille Nyberg.

There will be no funeral services held at this time for Richard. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
