Richard L. Steven, 83, of Marion and formerly of Tiffin, passed away at 5:14 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2023 at Kobacker Hospice House in Columbus. Arrangements are pending at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin.
