Ricky Andrew Robbins, 66, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at his residence.
Ricky was born October 15, 1959, in Tiffin, to Alva Robbins, Shirley (St. Clair) Anese and the father who raised him Amedes Anese. He married Christine (Brown) in Tiffin, on April 28, 2025 and she survives in Tiffin.
Other survivors include his mother, Shirley Anese of Tiffin, two daughters, Briana (Derek) Lillesve of CO, and Erin Robbins Kelly of AZ, two sons, Cory Banks of Tiffin and Jim Banks of Toledo, five grandchildren, five brothers, Rodney (Caroline) Robbins of Tiffin, Todd (Sharon) Robbins of St. Augustine, FL, Anthony (Lee) Anese of Tiffin, Danilo (Joy) Anese of Chagrin Falls, Angelo (Robyn) Anese of Tiffin, six sisters, Jennifer (Chris) Flechtner of TX, Tanya (Bill) Tackett of Upper Sandusky, Giovanna Anese of Tiffin, Rene Anese of Tiffin, Santina (Daniel) Marks of Tiffin, and Loisanne Anese of Findlay.
“Satch Mahone,” as his siblings called him, was a retired federal prison employee and paramedic. He was Second Vice Commander of Tiffin American Legion Post 169 and was involved with Seneca County Community Response Team. Ricky was a 1978 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School with a bachelor's degree from Hocking College. He was a United States Army Veteran serving as a Mortarman in the Infantry.
Ricky was preceded in death by his father Alva Robbins and his dad Amedes Anese.
There will be visitation for family and friends on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from noon until 2:00 p.m., at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. There will also be a Military Honor service following visitation at 2:00 p.m., by the United Veterans Council.
