Ronald V. Green

Ronald V. Green, 80, of Tiffin, passed away at 5:15 a.m., Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Tiffin Mercy Hospital.

Ron was born September 6, 1941, in Barton, Maryland, to the late William Richard and Naomi (McKuser) Green. He married Betty (Crawford) on March 30, 1964 and she preceded him in death on January 12, 2010.

Survivors include his children, Mark Green of Allen, TX, Joyce Nimoks of Tiffin, Timothy Green and Melissa Green both of Findley, fourteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, ten step-great-grandchildren, a brother, Larry Green of Winchester, VA, two sisters, Rosalie Reese of FL, Darlene Secrest of Petersburg, WV.

Ron worked at Hayes-Albion and later retired from Webster Manufacturing. Ron attended Eighth Avenue Freewill Baptist Church and was a graduate of Valley High School in Maryland.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three brothers, Lorenzo Green, Joe Green and Glen Green, five sisters, Eva Trumble, Carol Twig, Neddy Jeffiers, Betty Evans, and Patty Green.

There will be a memorial service held for Ron at 3:00 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Eighth Avenue Freewill Baptist Church. There will no visitation or burial held at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
