Roxane L. Askam

Roxane L. Askam, 64, of Tiffin, peacefully entered into heaven on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 8:31 p.m., at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima surrounded by her loving family.

Roxane was born on June 5, 1956, to the late Gaylord and Velma (Perrine) Firestone.

Roxane is survived by her children, Daniel (Eliza) Askam, Matthew (Cassie) Askam, Lesley (John) Brose, Erin (Chris) Askam, Bridget Shaull, fifteen grandchildren, Brianna, Autumn, Chase, Jeremy, Justin, Walker, Destinie, Quin, Emma, Dylan, Karsyn, Acelynn, Ellexia, Landin, Evan, three great-grandchildren, Selena, Scarlett, Mila, three brothers, Tony (Kim) Firestone, Don Barrett, John (Rhonda) Firestone, four sisters, Christine (Tom) Fourtner, Linda (Carl) Hodge, Robin (Aaron) Surface, Pamela (Robbie) Baker and many nieces and nephews.

Roxane was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Douglas Askam and a sister, Diana Barrett.

Roxane was always the life of the party and made sure she made everyone laugh. She worked at Ameriwood Industries for 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. "G.G." will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Everyone will miss her hugs and kisses she made sure to give at every good bye.

There will be visitation held for family and friends on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin from 1-5 p.m. There will be a celebration of Roxane's life following visitation at Dell's Restaurant, 224 South Main Street in Fostoria. There will be no burial held at this time.
