Ruth Ann Miracle

Ruth Ann Miracle, 88, of Tiffin, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital.

Ruth was born on April 20, 1936 in Tiffin, to the late William Lester and Leota Ruth (Smith) Doll. She married Charles E. “Curly” Miracle on June 15, 1957 and he preceded her in death in 2001.

Survivors include her two sons, Lynn C. (Laura) Miracle and Brian L. Miracle both of Tiffin, two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a brother, Bill Doll of Indiana, three sisters, Sarah Elder of Virginia, Shirley Doll of Indiana and Jeanette Elsasser of Kenton and a good friend, JoAnn Purnell of Tiffin.

Ruth worked as a dry cleaner and was a member of First Baptist Church and was a 1954 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Ruth was preceded by her parents, husband, son, Scott E. Miracle, a brother, John Mills, two sisters, Wilma Johannsen and Mary Lou Krick.

Funeral services for Ruth will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday June 17, 2024 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Monday, from 10:00 a.m., until the time of the services at the funeral home. Burial will be held on Monday, at Seneca Memory Gardens.
