Sandra Lee Cooper, 76, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, at her residence.
Sandy was born in Cincinnati, on February 22, 1949 to the late Julius J. and Betty (Sharrock) Bentley. She married Bruce A. Cooper in Winston Salem, on March 14, 1969.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Bruce Cooper of Tiffin, two sons, Brian (Amy) Cooper of Tiffin, Jason (Matt Young) Cooper of Palm Springs, CA, two grandchildren, Hannah and Hailey Cooper, a brother, Randy Bentley of St. Simons, GA, four sisters, Garry Diaz of Dallas, TX, Tammy Tipton of Dayton, Debbie Lynn of Atlanta and Laurie Sparks of Hamilton.
Sandy was a homemaker and also worked as a beautician. She was a 1967 graduate of Sycamore High School in Cincinnati. Sandy enjoyed ceramic’s classes with her close friends, but shopping was her true joy in life.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Terry Bentley.
Funeral services for Sandy will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, from 4-7 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Wednesday, at Greenlawn cemetery.
