Theodore F. Boyd

Theodore “Ted” Boyd, 65, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at his residence.

Ted was born September 28, 1958 in Tiffin to the late Thomas F. and Imogene (Updike) Boyd.

Survivors include his sister, Mary Jane Daughenbaugh of Troy, OH, four nephews, Mark (Vivian) Daughenbaugh, David (Michele Sherman) Daughenbaugh, Tom (Anita) Boyd and Michael (Tracy) Boyd, two nieces, Deb (Steve) Wise and Heather (Chad) Howard.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, George and Chuck Boyd, two sisters, Margaret Ann Biller and Leona Carlin and a nephew, Ed Daughenbaugh.

Ted worked at National Machinery in Tiffin and the Sugar Mill in Fremont. He was a 1977 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. Ted enjoyed spending time at his family’s cottage, riding his Harley, boating and spoiling his nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Ted will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Woodlawn cemetery in Bloomville. The Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home in Bloomville is assisting the family with their arrangements.
