Thomas H. Clouse, 72, of Tiffin, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024 at his residence.
Thomas was born on January 20, 1952 in Tiffin, to the late Albert John and Jane (Fingerhuth) Clouse. He married Debra (Gordon) in London, KY on August 22, 1986 and she survives in Tiffin.
Other survivors include his daughter, Kimberly (Randy) Carpenter of Tiffin, two grandchildren, Wesley and Remi Carpenter both of Tiffin, two sisters, Nancy (Chuck) Christensen and Anne Clouse both of Tiffin, an extended family and a large amount of friends.
Thomas never met a stranger. He was a retired mailman after 26 years of service. He was a 1970 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and also graduated from Terra State with an Associate’s Degree in Marketing. Thomas was an active member at Lake Mohawk who enjoyed fishing, walking his grand dog, spending time in Catawba at his trailer and boat, and just spending time with his grandchildren.
Funeral services for Thomas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Thursday, from noon until the time of the services at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Greenlawn cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Seneca County Humane Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
