Timothy T. Tiell

Timothy T. Tiell, 65 of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at Cleveland Clinic.

Tim was born February 6, 1958, in Tiffin, to the late Lawrence and Rose (Monaco) Tiell. He married Diane (Elchert) in the Bahamas’ on April 10, 1995.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Tiell of Tiffin, three children, Cameron (Amber) Tiell of Tiffin, Tana (Adam) Baker of Republic, Tyler Tiell of Chicago, a granddaughter, Rayna Baker and a sister, Monica (Terry) Frontz of Tiffin.

Tim worked at American Standard, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a 1976 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School. Tim enjoyed fishing, hunting and going to casinos.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Nicholas Tiell.

There will be a graveside service held at 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic cemetery. Visitation for friends and family will be also held on Thursday, from 1:00 p.m., until 2:45 p.m., at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home in Tiffin.
