William L. Selbe, 67, of Bloomville, died Monday November 9, 2020, at his home in Bloomville.
He was born March 16, 1953 in Marmet, West Virginia, to Clifford Leon and Emma May (Barnett) Selbe.
Survivors include two daughters, Sabrina Selbe and Brandy (James) Sampson of Bloomville, and a son William R. Selbe of Bloomville, a step-daughter, Tenneil Welborn of Bloomville, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four brother, Roger Bailey of Florida, Roney (Alberta) Bailey of Georgia, Charles Cooper, and Gary (Barb) Cooper both of West Virginia, three sisters, Lynn (Dan) Childers of West Virginia, and Jody Pauley and Viki Snodgrass both of Florida.
William was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Buckshot Bailey.
He was a US Army veteran, and was a member of the Caulfield American Legion Post #434 in Bloomville. He had worked in an auto body shop and did painting, and he later worked as a truck driver for IRM in Port Clinton before retiring.
Funeral services for William will be at 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home, 3085 S. SR. 19 Bloomville. Visitation will be Friday November 13, 2020, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00p.m., at the funeral home. Visitors are asked to wears masks, and practice social distancing.
